Following the Auto Immune Protocol (AIP) can be tricky without recipes to point you in the right direction. I have done the AIP from time to time to support my Hashimoto’s. All these recipes are AIP compliant, so without gluten, grains, dairy, nightshades, nuts, seeds, eggs and refined sugars. A couple of the recipes might have AIP options. I hope you enjoy them.
