I have a sweet tooth. I wish I didn’t, but I do. I have LOTS of sweet recipes – desserts, cakes, bliss balls, ice cream, slices etc. The vast majority of my desserts are free from refined sugar and are naturally sweetened. My sweeteners of choice are dates, maply syrup, raw honey, xylitol and stevia. As with the rest of my recipes, all the sweet treat recipes are gluten free, grain free, most are paleo, and all are delicious, easy and family friendly.
