From 3 October for 30 days I will host a ’30 Day Real Food Wellness Challenge’.
Would you like to start summer feeling fabulous? It’s easy coming out of winter to have let some bad comfort eating habits creep in.
Here at What Annabel Cooks, my mission is to inspire wellness through real food and a natural approach to life. What better way to be well than to eat real food.
I’m an advocate of 30 day ‘challenges’ because they are long enough to make some significant changes to your life, but 30 days short enough to commit to!
The 30 Day Real Food Wellness Challenge:

Cost: It costs nothing except your commitment to eating real food in the quest for wellness for 30 days starting 3 October 2016. This will be the first group. There may be charges for subsequent groups.

Thankyou for your inspiration. I have been underactive with my thyroid and down in the dumps with stress of family and property court dealings for myself and not focused on losing weight. I have gained almost 20kg in 9 months. Before gaining it I had lost that much and was feeling great. Don’t know how I let myself get that way.
I look forward to committing myself to this for a better feeling me.
