Chocolate Mascarpone Cream
This is a quick and easy chocolate ganache made with marscapone
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 200g mascarpone
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Added flavours eg peppermint, orange or ginger essential oils
  1. Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
  2. Let the chocolate cool but not harden.
  3. Whisk in the mascarpone and maple syrup plus any additional essential oils.
  4. Spoon into the tart shells and decorate.
