Serves: 18 large balls
  • 12 (approx 250g) fresh dates pitted
  • 1 cup (140g) raw almonds
  • 1 cup (90g) LSA mix
  • ½ cup (80g) pepitas
  • 1 cup (60g) shredded coconut
  • ⅓ cup (30g) raw cacao powder
  • ⅓ cup (70g) coconut oil
  • water
  1. Process dates unti finely chopped.
  2. Add rest of ingredients (except water) and process until a fine crumb.
  3. Whilst the machine is processing add a little bit of water at a time until the mix starts to come together then process until your desired texture is reached.
  4. Roll into balls then roll in extra coconut or cacao if you wish.
  5. Refrigerate or freeze until required.
