I have designed my 30 Day Wellness Challenge to be done in the company of others, to share the experience, gain ideas and support from each other and to ride the highs and lows together.
During the 30 days you will eat ‘real food’ (meats, fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds) & cut out the foods that can be ‘problematic’ for many people (grains, sugars, alcohol, dairy, legumes and all processed foods).
Eating this way should help you feel cleansed, lighter, detoxed, more energised and fabulous.

I have reduced anti-inflammatories since the challenge, have added greens, turmeric and cut dairy and sugar.
